John Porter is a sweet kind 32 year old.  He was diagnosed with Niemann-Pick type C1 at age 29 after years of searching for a diagnosis for hand tremors and cognitive decline.  He used to play high school hockey and loved taking his fishing boat out on the lakes of Minnesota.  Now we focus on fighting this disease and need your help.
